Return & Warranty Policy

Rick’s Performance Center follows all manufacturer warranty guide lines for parts sold. Parts are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 90 days up to 1 year after the date of purchase depending on manufacturer policy; Traxxas offers a 30 day warranty on all electronics from the date of purchase. Special orders, electrical parts, and hazardous material are non-returnable and subject to manufacturer terms. If you wish to return a part contact us for a return of goods authorization.  No used parts will be accepted, nor will poorly shipped or mistreated parts, include all original packaging with returns. All returns are subject to inspection by Rick’s Performance Center and possibly by the manufacturer.

Racing by its very nature is dangerous; Rick’s Performance Center will not assume liability for personal or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold. Purchasing products from Rick’s Performance Center denotes acceptance of all policies.
