Rick’s Performance Center values customer privacy and security, we take all appropriate steps to protect your information when you visit or use our website. Any direct or indirect information gathered on our site will be used for promotional purposes, better customer experience, quick login, aggregate research or for future website development.

Account Holders: When purchasing goods from Rick’s Performance Center’s website we require users to create an account. Rick’s Performance Center will never ask you for your account password over the phone or through other communication such as email. We recommend using a strong password, that utilizes upper and lower case words, numbers, and special characters (#@!&*).
3. Policy for Visitors Under 13 Years of Age
Rick’s Performance Center does not purposely collect personally identifiable information from children 13 and under. Visitors to Rick’s Performance Center wishing to make an account on our website that are 13 and under are required to get explicit consent from their parent or guardian and use the email of their parent or guardian when making an account.
